Contribution program in support of the
Search and Rescue New Initiatives Fund (SAR NIF)
Results-Based Management Accountability Framework
1. INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to establish a Results-Based Management
and Accountability Framework (RMAF) for the Contribution Program in support
of the Search and Rescue New Initiatives Fund (SAR NIF). The framework
includes a profile of the SAR NIF, a logic model, an ongoing performance
measurement strategy and an evaluation strategy.
