On occasion it may become necessary to execute a critical medical evacuation. This highly visible, safety orange AMBULANCE RESCUE SLED manufactured by Mid-Canada Fiberglass Ltd. is the ideal piece of equipment to perform this task.

It's generous size will accommodate an occupant, a back board, portable stretcher as well as an attendant who will always be riding in view of the injured person.

The hinged hood locks in the open position to allow easy loading. A windshield and dome light are standard features on all Rescue Sleds. The rear seat is removable to allow the occupant to be loaded easily from the rear of the sleigh. After placing and securing the stretcher into the sled simply put the rear seat into place and secure with fasteners.
